Psychiatric evaluation and management for a range of psychological conditions, including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar disorder, Major Depressive disorder, and various Anxiety Disorders such as OCD, GAD, PTSD, Panic, and Social Phobia.
The evaluation process involves patients completing necessary forms for the initial assessment, followed by an interview with either a NP, PA or MD. Follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly to monitor medication response and side effects.
We accept most insurance plans, as well as individuals who prefer to pay out of pocket.
The cost for an initial visit without insurance is $200, and follow-up visits are $100.
Please note that all evaluations are conducted via Tele visits, preferably through video calls.
